Currently, the second new Arburg injection moulding machine has been in operation for seven months. In July 2010, a new Arburg Allrounder was already integrated into the production cycle.

With that, Lausberg Kunststofftechnik sets itself up to meet the demands of the marketplace, and guarantees further resources for the reception of steel tools with high cavity numbers and large injection weights.

The machines with retention forces of 150 to 200 tons, as well as state-of-the-art equipment and operating features, are fully equipped with new peripherals, such as withdrawal devices, provision mills and conveyor belts.

Careful advanced planning has enabled the integration of the machines into the ongoing, fully-automated production process in less than five hours.
